Can I request clarification on a specific Trust Services Criterion?
Yes. If you believe a specific question or auditor evidence description in our bank needs refinement to match recent AICPA guidance, please select "Question Bank Feedback" in the form above and specify the control code (e.g. CC6.1).
Do you accept community contributions to the question bank?
Yes. We actively welcome contributions from CISOs, security engineers, and practicing CPAs to keep our guidance and auditor evidence recommendations aligned with current audit realities.
Can CPA audit firms partner with SOC 2 Gap?
We are open to dialogue with independent CPA firms regarding methodology validation, but we do not accept payment to endorse specific audit firms or compromise our objective readiness scoring.
Can compliance software vendors pay for sponsored placement?
No. We do not sell sponsored review rankings, pay-to-win badges, or alterations to our question bank weights. Our comparison reviews are written independently.
